Now, to fill you in on the 2 new products that I released in the past few weeks ... First I have a fun flair-type alpha that is perfect to go with those school photos!! With a lined notebook paper background these are a great addition to any page!

Next, I released my Plan a Party packs vol. 1 & 2 and a bundle that contains both!! This is a product that I have had "on my brain" for quite a while and I *LOVE* the way it turned out! Not only is it fantastic for planning a party from invites to favors but it is also perfect for quick and easy treats for friends, teachers, & neighbors, a fun banner to celebrate any holiday or event, a quick set of thank you cards, and much more.

I know this is something I will use a TON of times for a million different things ... hopefully you will, too! Hybrid Project Friday

Wow ... has it really been a month since my last post? Sheesh - I'm not good at this blogging thing!! I've actually put out two new product since my last post and they are so much fun! Before I get to those I want to share with you one of my fave projects I've done in a while ... Spooky Blocks. These are perfect for your Halloween decor and are quick, easy, and inexpensive to make for gifts - who doesn't love that?

This particular project is part of a new series at jessicasprague.com called Hybrid Project Friday. Every Friday there will be a new hybrid project that will contain all the digital materials you need to complete it AND includes complete step by step instructions to help you get it done!! This week I have a new goodie for you, too - actually A LOT of goodies packed into one product! You've Been Framed: School Days comes with 2 different frame styles including 28 different grades or school years {also includes a "blank" frame}. I've also given you shadowed and unshadowed versions of each frame in .png AND .psd format so you can easily "crop" your photos with a clipping mask!

Not only do I use frames when I am scrapping my pages, but I love using frames to quickly and easily post photos to my blog, too! Here is an example of what it would look like:

Whirlwind ... and a new product!

Well, this summer has been a whirlwind to say the least! My kids started back to school last week and, while I hate to admit it, I'm kinda glad ;) I loved having them home and we had a *FABULOUS* summer together, but it's easy to forget how hard it is to entertain 4 children all day long! It definitely cut into my design time which meant far fewer products in the past 2 months but I imagine many of you were too busy to notice :D

I had a fantastic trip to Chicago to work at the CHA Supershow {Craft & Hobby Association} with my JS.com crew and most dear friends - I'll post more about that and share some pics later!

I wanted to share my new product that I am super excited about!! It's an addition to my Save the Date line ... vol. 5, to be exact! This one is a versatile set that you will use over and over again and I can't wait to scrap a page with it!

Another One Bites the Dust

Another month, that is!! Shortly after the blog hop I was rushing to squeeze in a few new products before leaving town and CLEARLY forgot to let you know! Along with design work I was also getting things together so I could teach the craft at Girls Camp (a youth camp for girls ages 12-18 at our church) AND was busy packing my entire family to be on the road for almost 2 weeks. Another One Bites the Dust

Another month, that is! I can't say I'm surprised that it's been that long ... we've had a lot going on around here with the end of the school year and the beginning of our summer filled with swim team practice, swim meets, and 4 kiddos at home all day long every day. We are actually having our best summer ever and are truly enjoying some great "family time" and making lots of memories. Only bummer is that means far less design time. I've still got a few new things to share and have lots of projects in the works, too! AND I have LOTS of exciting info about the 3rd birthday *CELEBRATION* taking place at jessicasprague.com!

I've been hard at work the last month creating lots of new goodies, throwing in a weekend trip or two with the family, helping at the girls' school as the year winds down (only 4 1/2 days left), spending too many hours at the dentist, and frantically treading water trying to make sure I keep my head up! Guess it really has been that long since I updated ... SHEESH!! Life just plugs along and runs away without giving me warning sometimes! I've added a few new goodies this past month that I wanted to share and also have some *BIG* news straight from jessicasprague.com!!

First up, I created a fun little box just perfect for any Easter celebration. You can customize this "Egg-ceptional Cup" in so many ways or use the eggs all on their own to make cards, a matching game, or jewelry ... endless possibilities, right?
Next up came my Save the Date vol. 2 set of date strips. I was *so* excited with the way these came out and I can't wait to get some scrapping done so I can use them!!

Last, but certainly not least, I've added another set of card templates to my Card Couture collection ... perfect to get your card making juices flowing ;) All 4 templates come in a variety of .psd formats as well as a set of .png files for each cardfront for those who may not use Photoshop or Elements.

Lots of Goodies

WOW ... life has a way of speeding by when there are love filled holidays, days off of school, and lots of design work involved! I've got lots of previews to share from the past 2 weeks and, of course, it's One Buck Wednesday!!! I'll start with that ;)

Most of us are on the lookout for a fun and unique way to "Save the Date" on our scrapbook pages ... it is one easy way to help us record when our memories happened! This simple date set allows you to choose exactly how YOU want to use it! Yours for only $1 until 11:59 P.M. Eastern Time.

Heart Cup & Basket

WOW ... I can't believe I forgot to post about my new product last week!! Okay - I'm not completely surprised *blush* I've been working hard to get a few new things in the shop and am really happy with the way they have turned out!

Last Monday I added my Heart Cup to the shop. This one is such a fun idea for Valentine's Day, baby showers, or anything else!! I created my samples using LivE Designs' newest paper pack - Warm Wuv & Soft Hugs.

This week I'm adding two goodies to the shop!! The first is the Mailbox Template that I offered as a freebie when I did the tutorial. If you missed it you can now pick it up in the shop :)
Second, I've created another heart package just in time for the love fest coming up in a few weeks! I love the way this Heart Basket can be created with or without the handle making it extra versatile. Surprise someone you love by packaging up a little something special just for them in a custom made Heart Basket!! I created my samples using the Princesa Paper Pack & Element Pack by Jessica Sprague.

Hybrid Thursday

I'm a lucky girl today ... I got to create a hybrid project for all to enjoy :) I've altered a mini mailbox that I picked up at the dollar spot at Target {truth be told I've got about 15 of them here, but who's counting, right?}. Wow ... this has been a long time in coming! I still have a lot of work to do around here, but for now I want to welcome you to my design blog :) I will keep you updated on my latest designs, sales and promotions, share some freebies, and hopefully give you just a bit of inspiration, too!!

For those of you new to my designs my name is Kari Holt and I have been designing digital products since July 2009. I started my design work at ScrapMatters and have recently moved my goodies to jessicasprague.com. I create templates and products to help you with your hybrid projects. I currently have 4 products in my shop with many more on their way.

This fun set of printable travel games is the perfect companion for road trips, doctor's office visits, waiting to pick the kids up from school, or any time you may have a few minutes to spare!

I like to believe that presentation of a gift is *almost* as important and what is inside - that's why I designed this Gable Box to be easy to customize! The mega size (approx. 5 3/4" x 3" x 3 1/4") is large enough to hold cookies, while the mini size (approx. 3 3/4" x 2" x 2 1/8") is perfect for smaller treats and trinkets. Both sizes are formatted to print on a standard 8 1/2 x 11 inch sheet for easy printing and created at 300 dpi for highest print quality. I’ve also included a MONDO size - ready for a wide format printer!

This set of templates will have you creating custom calendars that everyone will love!
